Thank you for sharing your business knowledge. I agree that it’s way more challenging to deliver a good user experience considering the business rules. The product team must have been fighting a lot to defend the user experience.

My project mainly focused on UX and I believe that a better UX will drive more users. There is still some room for design improvement. Some of my points can be possibly taken into consideration when redesigning the website.
